These flatbreads are 3 simple ingredients, require little equipment and can be used for multiple dishes.

-500gm plain flour (plus a little extra for dusting) | - Mixing bowl |
-300ml milk | ​-Scales |
-100gm butter | Chargrill/frypan |

​ | Tongs/Spatula |
Method:
1: Add butter and milk to a microwave safe container and microwave for 30 seconds at a time till melted.
2: Add melted butter and milk to flour mixture and combine
3: Turn dough out onto lightly dusted bench, knead for 2-3 minutes until combined (you may need to add a little more flour if its to wet)
4: Place dough back into bowl and cover, let rest for 30 minutes
5: Divide dough into even portions and roll out to desired thickness (1-2mm is my go to)
6: Place rolled out dough onto a preheated chargrill or frypan
7: Allow to cook until dough starts to bubble then use your tongs or spatula to flip it over to the other side for the same amount of time
8: Place on a plate and cover with a clean cloth to keep it nice and warm
Serving Suggestions:
-Top with tzatziki, tomato and cucumber salad and chicken
-Brush with garlic butter and serve with curry
-Use as a base for homemade pizzas
